A family-based intervention to promote healthy screen use in Australian adolescents

Excessive screen use is a growing global health concern, highlighting the need to support families establishing healthy screen practices. This PhD project aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of a family-based intervention promoting healthy screen use amoung Australian adolescents. The intervention supports adolescents and parents in developing practical strategies for balanced screen habits, and findings from the feasibility evaluation will inform future large-scale implementation.
