Extensive evidence indicates that children’s nutrition and physical health, as well as sedentary activity levels, underpin their well-being and serve as a base for lifelong health and lifestyle habits. This study aims to (i) investigate the trends in adherence to physical activity recommended across the under-five age group and to (ii) identify parent-reported barriers and facilitators of establishing acceptable physical activity practices with children.
